Health & Wellness

If you are feeling unwell, experiencing symptoms of illness, or have been exposed to illness, we kindly ask that you reschedule your appointment. Your health and the safety of others is our top priority.

Safety & Hygiene

We strive to maintain a clean and safe environment for all clients and service providers.

Stations, tools, and equipment are sanitized thoroughly between appointments.

Providers adhere to all industry-standard hygiene practices to ensure your safety and comfort.

Cancellation Policy

A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required for all cancellations or reschedules.

Cancellations made on the day of the appointment or no-shows will incur a 100% charge of the appointment cost.

Children in the Salon

For safety and to maintain a relaxing atmosphere, no children are allowed in the salon unless they are receiving a service.

If a child is scheduled for an appointment, this must be done at a separate time from the parent or guardians services.

Unsupervised children are not permitted in the salon at any time.

Payment Policies

We accept all major credit cards and cash.

Individual providers may accept alternative payment methods such as Venmo, Zelle, or others.

Please confirm accepted payment methods with your service provider prior to your appointment.

Service Satisfaction

Your satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not completely happy with your service, please contact your service provider directly within 48 hours of your appointment. They will work with you to create a plan to address your concerns.

Punctuality

Please arrive on time for your appointment to allow your service provider to give you the best possible experience.

Late arrivals may result in a shortened or rescheduled appointment at the discretion of your provider.

Each stylist or service provider operates as an independent business. For any questions or concerns about services, cancellations, or policies, please reach out directly to your provider.
